POLYGROUP ABOVE-GROUND POOLS 48 INCHES AND TALLER RECALL
Polygroup is voluntarily recalling above-ground pools 48 inches and taller that contain compression straps running externally on the outside of the vertical legs of the pool. The compression strap that surrounds the outside of the pool legs may create a foothold, which could allow a child access to the pool, posing a potential drowning risk.

To determine if your pool is affected, please check the side of your pool for a box containing Customer Service contact information. Within that box, you will find a smaller section labeled “Polygroup,” which includes several lines of letters and numbers both above and below it. Refer to the image below for clarification:
Once you have identified those numbers, enter them in the “Your Model Number” field below.
After submitting your model number, if it is confirmed to be part of the recall, you will order your repair kit on the following screen.
